Role Description:

Interface: Engage with clients primarily in French and English to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts within an assigned territory.
- Serve as the primary contact, addressing inquiries and fostering partnerships.
- Work to ensure client retention through renewals and identifying growth opportunities.
- Provide valuable client feedback to improve offerings.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficient in both French and English.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster client relationships.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and implement solutions.
Technology Use: Familiarity with tools relevant to account management and sales.
